What to do if there’s a confirmed positive case of COVID-19 on your production
What to do if there's a confirmed positive case of COVID-19 on your production:
There are two primary ways you’ll become aware of any positive cases.
Your producer informs you, or;
The General Manager informs you.
If this happens, there are a few things you will be required to do:
If you are deemed a close contact, you should get tested immediately and isolate until receiving a negative result.
Once you receive a result (either positive or negative), you are required to inform your producer.
If you test negative, you will be allowed to return to production.
If you’re a producer and someone on your crew informs you that they’ve tested positive, you must inform the General Manager ASAP.
What to do if you've tested positive for COVID-19:
Isolate and follow all Health Department advice.
Inform your Producer ASAP if you’ve been on an RMITV production in the last week.
Inform the General Manager if you were at an RMITV event or workshop in the last week.
You may return to production once you’ve completed your isolation period and are no longer symptomatic.
